The Board of Directors consists of 5 members, elected by the general membership within each of the 5 districts who each serve 3-year concurrent terms.
District 1: James Temple (Interim)
District 2: Wendy S. Cabaniss, Treasurer (Interim)
District 3: Michael R. Wilder, Secretary (Interim)
District 4: David C. Hitt, Chairman (Interim)
District 5: Bryan Caudle, Vice Chairman (Interim)
Regular meetings are held every 4th Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m. at a location to-be-announced. The location will be announced 10 business days prior to each meeting, and located centrally to Powhatan County as space is available. Meetings will be posted on this website, as well as on the Co-op’s social media page(s). All regular meetings are open to the general public, and will feature public comment/question sessions at the beginning and end.

Every member is provided an @powhatancoop.org email account for reliable electronic communications within the Co-op. An email will be sent out to all members at their Co-op email account at least 10 days prior to a meeting.
Current Board Members are serving in an interim capacity, meaning temporary, and each seat will be up for election once the Cooperative is providing broadband services to members in that district.
